Data collected by SIGMA is utilized exclusively to route your grievances to the correct institutional administrators and deliver accurate institutional bulletins to your device. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.
To protect sensitive grievance data, the app uses secure Firebase architecture. Additionally, Android's system-level FLAG_SECURE is enabled on certain screens to prevent malicious screenshots. In alignment with data-minimization practices, all grievances are permanently cleared from the active database upon reaching 60 days of age.
You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data. To delete your account, please send an email request to waqtkalamha@gmail.com from your registered email address. We will process your request and permanently remove your data from our systems.
